As I mentioned here, the edge of the cowl on the driver's side had to be replaced back when I first got the xB. Once again, it's popped out and was bent up by simply opening the hood. I'm going to need to take it in and have it replaced again. It seemed that the hood or hinge flexed while opening and barely catches the cowl w/ the corner of the hood, but that's all it takes.
