i tend to drive in S-mode all the time, just in case i need some quick shifts yes

I've played with it buy haven't seriously played with it. My wife's Lexus has it and talk about fun, 270+ ponies in 1st gear will wake you up.  shocked

Well I pulled up next to a element and he kinda took off so I forgot I had pulled it down into 1rst well letsa just say I love rev limiters...................Needless to say I beat the shizzle out of the element it was kinda like picken on the little kid in school.........................  rofl  rofl  rofl  boxing rock on

i have a question.  when you're slowing down, do you have to downshift?  i've never driven a stick, so i dont know when i should downshift.

Careful down shifting on compramised surfaces it might cause you to shat your drawers !   rofl  I think the owners novel  tells you what is safe and has a disclaimer as to slick roads ................  lol

it tells you the fastest speeds to drive within each gear, but it doesn't tell you when to downshift if you even need to.
