What's the fastest speed you have gone so far in your xb?
I have only had mine about 2 months and hit about 90 on interstate 97, didn't really seem that fast though.

I only drive the speed limit, officer  I've probably only gone 90 once or twice and probably by accident and definitely not w/ my son in the car. I've slowed down a lot since he was born. I also rarely drive on the freeway in the xB. |

80mph, I try not to speed since I want better gas mileage. Majority of the time I drive 60mph.

Haven't cracked 90 yet, but did get up into the high 80s. Going that fast I tend to look more at the road. So far the only stretch of highway that I've been on where I'd consider going that fast is about 4 miles long  |

i was checking out the top speed in 3rd gear in my automatic xB and i hit 100mph @ 5800rpm in 3rd - do not know how fast 4th would have gone but that was fast enough for me i hit a few open areas going up to Cambria over Christmas and opened it up a little  it cruises very nicely @ 75-80mph and the ride was very stable, even in high winds i encountered going and coming... |

I too have gotten my car up to 85-87 mph, I was constantly lookin' in the rear mirror(for coppers). Yea, I was watching for the cops when I hit an empty stretch of highway at 118mph  . Only time I've ever done it. I try and stay at 65-75 |

Wow a 118, now thats a goal I have to top hehe. Will probably achieve it when I race my friends Si. I know I have done well over that in the Jetta, and it wanted to keep going.

Well considering the tach reading it still had another 1500 rps at least. so probably another 10mph. Thats if it was in fifth gear which I am assuming.

most i got the xb up to is 119 and it still had about 1500 rpm left b4 red lining 5th gear too bad i had to slow down thier were cars infront  i have yet to top it out to the point where it starts to cut out engine power that is my goal |

I've only hit triple digits maybe three or four times, but I did find this youtube video. Video is kinda boring but the guy gets up to 149miles per on his AUTOMATIC '08 xb. My guess is theres an electronic limiter that stops it from hitting 150? |

dude not to burst your bubble that guy switched his speedometer to kmh not mph HAHAHA our car has a governere itll kick in around 135 if you take it off and maybe get some mods then 150 sure.
