Thanks for the welcome.

Has anyone ever thought their Toaster was so cute that they just couldn't think about putting any graphics on it?

I had all these plans for swirlies and stripes in eye-catching colors and now, I'm chickening out.  The most I can think about is putting something on the rear window.

As strange as it seems, I think the thing looks too elegant for stick-ons

I will be 60 this year thought I was too old for this car… I thought wrong Smiley

You know sometimes I think well... Sometimes I don't think so well Smiley

Just got a 2008 and loving every minute.

Pure white with: Headers, AEM Cold Air Intake, Carbon Fiber Engine Cover, TRD Quick Shifter, TRD Strut Tie Bar, TRD Brake Kit, 19" MSW Wheels, Pioneer AVIC-D3 DVD Nav. I added Illuminated Door Sill, LED Tail Lights. The dealer kept all the trophies he won 6 total.

That car looks like it should belong to a 27 year old with tatoos and spiked hair!

Everybody loves a great car that's fun to drive, looks good and is functional to boot. Where do you fit into the age grouping?

I just got my 09 xB
I'm over 50 and absolutely LOVE this car. It's fun to drive, has enough pep and looks great.

BC.

On my old car, I had a "Republicans for Voldemort" bumper sticker that I got complimented on all the time. People would even chase me down the street to ask me where I got it from. I was really sad to see it go when I traded it in. I had an extra I was planning on putting on the TealMobile once I got it.... and I couldn't bring myself to do it. Chickened out. I have a Scionlife decal on one of the windows, and I'd be adding my club's sticker somewhere, but this car seems too pretty for bumper stickers.

I'll wait till I get my first rear bumper hit or scratch. Then I can use the bumper sticker to hide it.  Tongue

How do you like the AVIC? I've played around with a couple of the F900BTs, and they all seem so slow to respond to commands and it drives me nuts that there aren't real voice commands for the map. I really hated the voice too. Sad Is the D3 any better?

BTW - Looks great!

Somewhere I read that the TC  is the vehicle with the really young demographic.  At 52, I know I don't fit Toyota's target demographic for Scions, but just about everybody I see driving one here in Maryland seems to have at least some gray hair.

An old lady stopped me at the grocery store the other day to ask about my xB and told me how "cool" my car is. I could tell she would love to be behind the wheel of one just like it. She must have been 80. I'm a young old lady at 51. I tell this car I love it every time I get in.

Welcome!  We are the ones who are setting that targeted age group on it's ear, so to speak.  I'm at that magic 59 and 1/2...woooohoooo!

I guess I fit in the "older" side at 46.  But I'm surprised to see how really even the spread is!  Just proves that real classics appeal to anyone with great taste! Wink

I'm 36 and my wife thinks I'm having a mid life crisis.  She calls my XB the "PIMP-MObile" Roll Eyes It's hard to have a crisis when you still feel 18!
