.. the back end of your xB?

Bought a dryer the other day. It arrived at the store while my wife was at the shore with the van, so I gave it a shot. Fit no problem, with the seats down.

Was it a full size dryer?   I would have never guessed it would fit back there.

7 cu. foot Kenmore Smiley

Had to lay it on it's side. I got it into the house all by myself, but the stupid box was harder to get back out the door, if you can believe that.

LOTS!

Including a 3x5 office desk, with legs attached, plus 2 smaller desks and a LOT of boxes.  Then drove it 3.5 hours.
I moved much of a 10-person office in it from Jan to March (ended weekend of Sanitarium, unloading the last load an hour before I showed at World Toyota on Friday.
The cargo deck and handtrucks in my box that weekend were NOT for show, but function.

Longest board in there is only 5'10". I can run a 6'4" or bigger up the middle. A main reason I decided on the xB.

Last camping trip I stuffed 4 boards, 3 wetsuits, 2 surf rod fishing poles, large cooler, four backpacks, tent, 2 chairs, sleeping bags, and some other junk. Had no problem seeing out the back window.

Went camping in november. Woke up on the last morning and it was sleeting, so we didn't have time to back everything nicely. Plus I was taking my friend home, when he rode up with someone else there. Had the thing stuffed to the roof with the seats down. So yeah I had it packed. Didn't take any photos of it though.

The Kite Box

I do kite programs on my time off. I went to Austin Texas and loaded it up to the roof. I had a pop up shelter and a couple of chairs and then came the big stuff. I had 30 poles that are 1/12 inches by 38 inches and six or seven kite bags. I know it does not seem like a lot until you find out that my big kite is 90 feet long in the shape of an inflatable gecko. The bags are about 40 inches long and 24 inches across and full of kites they are about 50-70 pounds each. Add my bag of clothes and camera and snacks and the cooler and you have a huge load. My 2nd vehicle is a Silverado pickup and the back seat will hold 4 of the bags and one or two in the front seat. I will have to find the picture of all the stuff stacked outside of the vehicle. I remember filling the back half of two parking spaces whenI unloaded. That was the reason I bought the XB. IT was the only one with the room and fuel economy in not to mention the price range. The Honda was second but not worth the extra money for things I did not like.

I have stuffed 2 keyboards, keyboard stand, gig bag of wires, mic stand, Roland KC550 keyboard amp, and a sound system in my box.
That's one of the reasons I got it yes

While this was nowhere close to stuffing the xB, I was thankful that I could fit a lemon tree in the back... kinda weird looking in the rear view mirror and seeing leaves & branches inside the car Tongue
