what are those, tweeters? did you change out the rear speakers for something better too?

Yeah its a componet set. Meaning I got two mid-range drivers and two tweeters. They are wired together with a crossover. So there are new 6.5" drivers in the original speaker locations. And of course the tweeters in the location as shown in the photo. I took enough photos to do a DIY but I am feeling lazy at the moment. Here is one of the driver and crossover.

I have some of those in my Toyota tercel. I never thought about taking them out of there and putting them in the rear doors of the xB. Then maybe I could put the rear speakers out of the xB in the tercel. Now you got my mind going eviljack.....LOL

Yes it sounds so much better. I didn't upgrade the radio yet because I don't have the money right now. The speakers were basically free because I had them lying around.

Thank Jack, I had a set of old MB-quart, I will try to do it. Also, I order a Rumion sub + amp. It took 3 week to get it from Japan. Once, I have it install. I will let you know. Thank again.
