As much as I would hate to clean and prep a show car myself, that's not a bad deal!! Smiley

LOL.. I have a friend I take to all the shows with me. He cleans like no other. I pay for his room and food and he helps me clean and all at the shows.

The philly scikotics chapter head and his wife got it all down pat. When they take the xB's to shows they have the kids detail the cars. Their daughter cleans and shines the wheels and the boy dusts off certian areas Their daughter is now so quick at cleaning the wheels that she cleans mine after she is done with both of their xB's hehe. And she does a really good job too.

I ordered from Glare Autopolish the combo Autopolish, Sahara( no water car wash/wax), and car wash concentrate. So I try the Sahara stuff first without the usual washing. Wipe on, wipe off. Unbelievable shine. I'm still sceptical. It says it's a 6 month polish. After a rain, a few days later, I wipe it down with microfiber and the shine comes back. I do this after rain, and sometimes in the morning to get the condensate off. Shines up good every time. Finally get to use the wash concentrate, looks even better after a wipe. I'll get to use the autopolish next spring. I bought a $70 jar of carnauba for top coat, but I honestly don't think it would make a difference in gloss or depth of shine. I'm more than happy!

I absolutely love using waterless car wash products to detail my car. They are so easy to use and the shine is absolutely unbelievable. I got a postcard in the mail 3 months ago from a company called ultralusterwash.
They have an online site and I purchased their waterless car wash. The stuff is awesome. It took me 15 minutes to detail my car. My car stayed clean for 2 months. I am going to do it again this weekend.
I love the fact that I don't have to detail my car every week anymore. I strongly suggest a waterless car wash product to any car cleaning fanatic. Be very careful to pick the right one because you don't want to scratch your vehicle with a inferior product.

Like I mentioned elsewhere, I have yet to wash with water and we've had the xB since July.  I love the SmartOne but just ordered from another company to give them a try and then from the company you just mentioned ultraluster.  My daughter got a bright idea to hose off the box one day and we got water spots on the hood.  Water is bad!!!  Tongue  Oh, and the box does seem to stay clean for a really long time.  My Honda takes me 1/2 hour but I'm old and slow.  I like that I can "wash" my car in the garage and at night.

The one I'm waiting on is from EcoTouch.  Will let you know how it works.

If you have never done the clay bar from Meguiars. That is a awesome product. Specially if you drive it alot. You get all kinds of built upcrap on the paint and it will take it down to a super smooth surface again. I just did this on one of my other cars the other day. Had some over spray on it I think. It felt like sand paper when I started. Now it is super shiny again and very smooth to touch.
It really does not take that long either. Just some arm muscle and you are set. The results are well worth it.

I love Meguiars clay bar!  I used it on my 95 Civic this past summer with the detailing spray and then waxed the car after with the liquid wax from Meguiars.  I was kinda bummed when I finished cuz it was so much fun and the results were fabulous!

The waterless car wash from EcoTouch finally showed.  I bought the jumbo sized bottle and poured into the fine mist spray bottle I saved from SmartOne.  If you haven't used SmartOnes yet, it is a pump up bottle that puts off a nice fine mist of the no water liquid.  Anyways, the EcoTouch seemed to do just as fine a job as the SmartOne.  Neither took the road tar off, I used the tar and bug remover first and then the waterless car wash.

I have used Turtle ICE, mothers, Zaino and a few lower end brands and none of them seem to do as nice a job as Meguires when I use all of their products together.  Im hooked on Meguires.

I havent tried the waterless car wash yet but have been wanting to.

I use the Meguiars NXT car wash, but for the wax, I am currently using Mothers FX SynWax. It's easy to apply and to buff-off.
