OK, there's probably NO ways to avoid rock chips 100%, other than NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR and leave it in the garage. However, are there ways to DECREASE the chance of rock chips. I am going out-of-state next month, and want to keep my xB2 as perfect as I can (well it's not perfect anymore Tongue). Thanks!

I have a Colgan T-bra for the Silver Brick, but it only protects the hood.  Even so, I've made trips to Ohio, Maine and North Carolina with no damage.  Lots of dead bug splatter, but no rock chips.

Where did you buy the bra for your xB2?

I ordered it online directly from Colgan Custom http://www.colgancustom.com/  This is the first time I've gotten the "T" style.  Wasn't sure about the look at first, but I've gotten used to it and now actually prefer it.  It doesn't lift at highway speeds the way the sport bra does.

I'm a big fan of Colgan products...have been using them for years.  I have one for my truck that I bought 13 years ago.  It still looks good and fits great with no wear on the hood of the truck.

You can always go with a custom made lovingly applied red painter's tape bra...

From me and eviljack's road trip to Scion United in May of 08. That's his box there. I'm pretty sure that one was taken in New Mexico.
