As many of you might know already.. the Gen 2 Xb is being sold in Japan as a Corolla Rumion.. and there are some parts that isnt the same as the Scions are.. I just got in some of my conversion parts.. Here are some of the parts Chrome rear Hatch Handle and Badges and rear wing..    |

let put it this way Extra Bagage cost on Japan aire cost me 160.00 crazy!!!
parts was about 600.00

hey eight08custom , do you know if the rumion taillight is a direct fit on the xB.... and do you know if the rumion back bumper can be ordered...

the tail lights from the Rumion are a direct fit for the '08 xB - i have not seen the rear bumper yet, only a rear bumper guard and some garnish  |

Keep in mind that you will need to rewire the reverse light to work with the Rumion tail lights, but you probably already know that if you're looking at getting the bumper, which doesn't have the single reverse like like the xB |

thanks for the replies guys... as much as possible, i dont want to have to mold the xB rear bumper reverse light hole if i can get the Rumion rear bumper instead you know...

yes it does fit.. you need to wire in the Rev lights.. I have the whole conversion but i am yet to install it and test fit everything.. Im waiting for a full body kit for the rumion to come out Hopefully by garson.. my bumpers will be up for sale as soon as i find out on a body kit.. Sorry no pix yet the parts are sitiing at my friends shop in a crate. never went down to open it up becuase of a back injury from work.. Hopeflly soon |

thanks for the reply eight08. so when you say your rear bumper will be for sale when your kit comes in, are you talking about the Rumion rear bumper? if so then i would love to buy it from you. as i already expected that you will the first one to have the conversion in hawaii. damn... i know of a friend of mine that wanted to the conversion on his also....

Hi guys..Im from SIngapore. Been hanging around this site for quite some time and finally. Im getting my toyota rumion in 2 weeks time. Funny how u guys having the scion wants to change to some rumion parts and I'm over here wanting to change some parts to Scion parts.. will update with pics soon.. Who knows, maybe some swapping can be done. Cheers! |

I am considering a Scion XB for my wife. She is a Japanese national and I would love to replace Scion badges with JDM. How difficult/easy was it to change the front badge...I guess the size does not perfectly match? Did you do it yourself?
Your car looks very, very nice! I previously laughed at my friend who rebadged his Infiniti with Skyline stuff....now I just might do it myself.
