Thanks for the link...I'm betting that the vents are a "cover up" and nonfunctional. But, I could be wrong...and it wouldn't be the first time.

If you download the directions . . . It looks like you remove the stock grills, Drill small holes for EACH of the grill openings Use ZIP TIES to attach the mesh grill into the spot drilled So . . . The side vents ARE open. The instructions have the original solid ones bring unclipped and removed. Then, the side vents are zip-tied there instead.

When JOEY G-xB's link goes away (as ebay tends to do) . . . This is the "store" link: http://stores.ebay.com/Figure-Engineering-Custom-Grilles-- For as long as they are around.

I have the b-cool grills with fog lights. I installed the fog lights at the same time. You have to remove the front bumper. I didn’t like the lower mounting bars they give you to mount it. They could have been longer or wider. I had to put them in the vertical position. The bottom connects to the stock grill as well. The top grill you will have to remove the factory one completely its held in place at four places and easy to install. I try to post pictures tomorrow.

I actually bought and installed these. I bought the full kit. The upper and lower grills look good but I really did not like how the side vents were installing so I did not install them. While the zip ties work great for the main grills they were just not working well on the side ones. Also the way the stock sides are clipped on the mesh version was going to show the clips which I thought looked awful. I'll take some pictures of my car with the grill when the sun is out next. I do like the way the grills look.
