New mod option with the clear trunk handle. People have been say they want to use it as a back up light and get rid of the one in the back bumper. I thought that was a cool mod.

Ok guys. I got good news. I picked up the molds today and I have some pictures of the test piece from the mold, for the Gen2 xB. I have to figure out how much resin I will have to use etc. I will let everyone know when I am ready to start taking orders. Here are some quick pictures of the test piece. I think they turned out good. I will have to drill and dye the holes and place screws in the finished product. Let me know what you guys think. These are as close to stock as you will find sence they are molded from the stock trunk handle.

The name of the business is Crystal Clear customz.  Cheesy Stark_industries is just the screen name I use Because I have a stealth ironman theme for my tC. Like this ... Cheesy

I will be doing the first clear one this weekend. Hopefully there will be no set backs in supply's etc. But either way I hope to get one done this weekend. I know Jason from customxbgauges will be one of my first people with this clear trunk handle for the Gen2 as well as my xb. This way I can get some pictures up for you guys. I just want to make sure everything is good to go before I take any orders at all. I will also have to start paying for the advertiseing as well. As of right now everything if coming out of what ever I have left over after paying the bills and putting food on the table for the kids.  Cheesy shocked

I think this is a great idea and it's going to be a different approach to a plain jane plastic piece!

But I hate bursting people's bubbles thinking that it will be a suffecient reverse light.  I really don't think it'll help out all that much.  Sad

Ok, here is the first trunk handle that I did. It didn't turn out like I wanted it to because I forgot to scrape off all the bubbles after degassing the resin and poured them in the mold. Trial and errour. I am going to do one tomorrow morning. I think im getting this down, it just takes some practiss. Anways here is the one I first did. Also a pic of the resin being degassed.

NOT THE FINISHED PRODUCT !!!!!

A little fun with the xtra resin. I made a ironman mask.made a better one than this one with no bubbles.
