Note for shops that make their own parts and handle xB2 parts . . . There looks to be a market for push-in plugs to fill the gap between the Rumion lights and the stock xB bumper. Someone should make that . . . (And stocking in the stock xB colors would be good, plus that isn't that many of them. People would be more likely to buy something they wouldn't have to paint. You could sell painted and unpainted versions.)

KwikSilver- Silver 09 Quick isn't the same as fast . . . Fast is just acceleration and top speed. Quick is maintaining that speed in a corner, better than just fast. The xB is QUICK!

The TYCs dont fit perfectly, there is going to be a space between the light and the bumper, check around the forum, they are also known as Rumion Lights I believe, and you'll find some stuff on them. I have the Smoke Anzos and they're great, they also come in white, rather than dark smoked, and they fit perfectly, where as the other lights are made for the Rumion and dont fit the xB perfectly.
I've had my TYCs installed since April 2008....no gap...and no problems so far. Brewski Bummer, the passenger side brake light has now failed. Looking for an alternative to the TYC or reinstalling the original taillights. Brewski

when did you get the TYC lights!!?? My first set failed within 1 year of purchase from TRDSparks. The passenger side went out and I called them and then the driver side went so I called them and they sent me a new replacement set of tail lights, and A shipping case to return the original ones in which i did. Jamie told me it was probably a wiring problem that TYC was looking into in order to correct! That was November of 08 and I have had no problems with my second set since then.

I got mine from Sparks as well in April 08....I'm sure they are not covered under warranty anymore. I really like them but not sure that I will put out the money for replacing with the same. There have been one heck of a lot of TYC failures...one would think that TYC could correct what ever is causing the problems. Brewski

They look good on your xB. How about a daytime photo....and about how much do they cost? Thanks, Brewski

i like the Anzo's, i just don't see why you would put a circle on a square.
Could it be because the backup light is round....the emblem is almost round...the wheels are round....the gauges are round...the steering wheel is round.... it is all in what you like! Brewski (oh yeah...my head is almost round.) New game...my head is almost square...TYC tail lights gone (passenger side stop light failed)....Longo Toyota tail lights installed...working great, looking great! Brewski

Does anyone have pics of either the TYC or Longo tail lights on an RS6.0? I'm trying to decide between these two, but would like to see how they look before committing to a purchase.
Thanks, PDX_xB

I love the round led lights from tyc and I HATE THEM... I think they look great but the one on the drivers side quit working with the brake function out. I bought another one off Ebay and then it failed 5 months later. I understand that it is a common problem so if you want a light that looks good when parked buy them. If you want to keep from getting rear ended whey you stop with no light and they keep comming then buy anything else... PS< anyone want to buy some slightly used tail lights?
I was thinking bout trying to cut a hole where the center of the brake light is and use an LED cluster bulb to see if it works. It would be my luck that the wiring for all of it is in that area so drilling the hole will kill the entire light. The brake led is working but only very dim that you can only see as a slight glow in the dark.

After reading all the posts about tails, I went with the Altezza. They are ordered, so I'll post pictures when installed. When these types of discussions take place, they give us more insight because of other experiences with various items. Thanks everyone for the help.
