Doesn't seem to work in Firefox (2.0.0.6) or IE (7.0.5730.11).

Using a java debugger, I get the following to errors (which may or may not be useful to somebody more familiar with SMF)

Error: XMLDoc.getElementsByTagName("message")[0] has no properties
Source File: http://newscionxb.com/Themes/default/xml_topic.js
Line: 62

Error: junk after document element
Source File: http://newscionxb.com/quotefast.html;quote=118;sesc=359e36e62a4cbf01bd1a7cb5752a70dd;modify;xml
Line: 14, Column: 1
Source Code:
<div align="center" style="margin-top: 2ex;"><a href="javascript:history.go(-1)">Back</a></div>^

on the right of my posts there is an icon, looks like this:

based on the name of the image "modify_inline.gif" I'm assuming its supposed to do an inline edit (like the quick edit on YStC). But all I get when I click it is a big green "loading" bar at the top of the screen (part of the site, not my browser).

hmmm... never noticed that... I just clicked it and it worked for me Smiley

I'll do some testing and search for related support topics elsewhere to see if there is a fix Smiley

Hmm, I'll test it when I get home tonight too and let you know what happens.

I think it may be a permissions problem as it worked using the same browser versions as noted above, logged in as admin, but failed otherwise... hmmmm...

It was in the sense that only admins and moderators could use it, but regular members could not. It was one line of code that was changed between versions for whatever reason...
