Anyone using this?  Looks kinda slick.  I'm thinking about picking one up.

I stumbled across that about a month ago and thought it was pretty cool.  Then I thought, gee...I can make that for less than ten bucks.  Just haven't gotten around to it yet.  I have a hard time justifying the forty bucks (plus shipping)...but it may wind up on my Christmas list.

Yeah I bought one about a month ago. The one pictured is for the xd I believe, it's not the xb one. Fit is very nice, sturdy,  covered in felt so things dont slide around but it is fairly small. You cannot fit the owners manual / first aid kit in one of the compartments. Basically created a shelf with a divider through both levels creating four individual compartments divided 30/70. The damn first aid kit is just barely too long to fit. Moved my kit to the storage compartments above the spare.

Okay, I broke down yesterday and made my own glovebox organizer.  Used some 1/4" Masonite and 1/4" Aspen wood scraps that I had lying around (Home Depot sells the 1/4" Aspen in smalll sizes in whatever department has wooden dowels).  I cut a cardboard template to work out the contours then cut the parts to match.  Had to fiddle with the horizontal shelf because of the funky contours on the left side of the glovebox.  Sealed it with shellac, primed it and painted it.

Aw shucks guys...thanks.  No plans to make any more at the moment, and I'm sorry now that I didn't trace a pattern of the parts before I assembled it.

The only thing I keep in my glove box is the manual as I can't stand rattles. Do these boxes stay quiet?

The box is too big for the glove compartment, so I keep them in one of the compartments in the spare tire cover.  jerry
