doesn't sound like the neoprene can be embroidered and still stretch over the headrest.  rats.  Guess I'll have to find a different fabric or have mine taken apart.

Why not try scion's idea with a band of black fabric?  You could get that embroidered without having to take the headrest apart.

Here's my cheap $3 mod for the headrests.  Adds a bit of color to the otherwise bland interior.
