My dog is my best friend so he goes everyplace I go. If you haven’t already Id recommend picking up the dealer cargo cover. It fits over the backs seats when they are folded down and it even has a little bumper cover that folds over the bumper to protect it when the dog is jumping it. Its made out of a sturdy canvas material and you can just stake it out. The only bad thing is its hard for my dog to grip on so every sharp turn I take all I see is my 85 lb chk lab sliding back and forth in my mirror lol. Weather tech make a pet carriers that’s kind of like a pet tent that straps into the back hooks and they also have a nice rubber mat that fits in the back if you wanted to take your dog and not have the seats folded down. I’m buying there cargo mat, floor mats and rain guards. Cargo mat http://www.weathertech.com/store/mvproduct.aspx?ItemGroupId=1&VehId=1142&Year=2008

Awesome, thank you for the advice!!! I have ordered the Scion cargo mat, waiting now for it. I will admit that I spoil my dog...here is the padded dog liner that I got just for him: http://www.autoanything.com/seat-covers/60A2325A0A0.aspxNow I just have to find a barrier to keep him out of the front seat...for safety. And I think I'm going with GT Covers for custom seat covers (Coverking is too expensive for right now).

Shancopp, I'm pretty sure my dog would just climb over that one. I thought about it and tried a homemade barrier in my old car like that. But thanks for the link, I may try it and work on some training.
Gldnchld, The only thing that liner doesn't have is built-in 60/40 split so I could leave one seat up. I may get my roommate's aunt to just add a seem for the split. I'll post pics when I get it all done.

Might want to rethink that if you are serious.. that area is kinda lacking in support and may bend with too much weight on it.

I lay on mine and it seems ok, but just want to be sure not to walk on it with your knees. Keep the weight distributed and it feels like. I am hoping the cargo liner will help with that.

I've been wanting GT covers for a while and they finally arrived this week. As soon as I get them installed, I'll post pics. I got the silver-blue that matches the Stingray exterior, with black - so the seats are 2 tone now. It looks really nice.

Call and ask. I got my covers from there and got a custom special job, 2 tone gray and blacks, and it only costs an extra $10. They might be willing to do headrest covers.
It's worth getting fabric samples, and be sure to ask what other fabric they will use. The fabric I choose came with a backing fabric that was hideous.
