It looks like the Nissan Cube w/ a different grille...
that is what i was thinking except the Cube in your post has wrap around rear windows and this one has metal? |

Walmart had a back up detector "not a camera'" for $60.00 it was on clearance last week. Its built in to a license plate bracket. I think it beeps if you get to close to something.
