I had issues with my dealer also. They did take care of me, not to my satisfaction but they tried. I did send letters to them and also to Scion explaining all my issues and how I was feeling ab out my purchase experience.

My advice would be to not let up and make sure they take care of everything you want taken care of. If you relax they might take that opportunity to turn these things back around on you to get out of taking care of it. I am not trying to say car dealers aren't honest, but they are in business to make money. When they have to spend money to fix your car even though they damaged it it is hurting the bottom line. So they will try to get out of doing it.

So anyways, sorry for my tangent. My advice is to keep on them to take care of it and keep written notes of days, times and people you talk to about these things. You can never be to careful.

The same thing happend to me L0stS0ul. The dealer took care of mine too. But it was a little disheartening to see all that on my brand new car.

Yeah smiley those front lights are a little harder to pop off. When I was doing mine they were always turning on also. I just kept going until I got them to where I could pry them with my fingers. The back one is like the dome light but the notches are smaller and not as easy to see. The best thing to do to prevent damage is to wrap some masking tape or even scotch tape around the end of a screwdriver and use that to pry the covers off. Hope this helps along with the other advice here.
