Yes stock struts/shocks currently, I've got 235/35/19 generals I think, don't remember exactly and its raining right now so I'm not really motivated to go and double check... 

Yes, peak HP only, the TRD actually does quite a bit more than 6 hp in the lower ranges depending on where you live (altitude/humitidy).

I've got the TRD springs and wheels on mine and have been taking turns like a mad man to get mine to "ding" and it just grips and turns!  Which of course I love...   

Its a 5.7 Tundra TT with about 1,100hp.  Pretty rediculous, but probably insanely fun to drive.

Sounds pretty cool to me! I'm working on getting the xB myself (its the stores xB, we put the springs, 5Axis kit, and 19" TRD wheels on), and the first thing I do is get this Borla dual exhaust for it!

No you would be fine getting the borla dual exhaust.  You just cant modify or change the pulley, injectors, air intake, headers, all the pertinant stuff connected directly to the installation or the charger.

The charger is covered under warranty and will not negatively impact your cars warranty.  Just make sure you don't do things to change that fact like adding headers when the charger fine print says not to.

Unfortunately we can't get you a discount because the kit requires that you use the air intake from the kit itself.  We can't break up the kits anyway it all comes in one big box from TRD.  TRD designed the kit to function with their intake in the supercharger kit so I'd use only that unless your good at tuning and have the appropriate tuning software/tools.  But like others said there are a lot of people on here that would be more than willing to buy the CAI off of you.
