xD forums are dead - even SL section gets 5 posts a day on a good day, and specialized xD forums are even worse. The car's been out for 2 months and still there is no obvious interest on the boards.

How long did it take to get the xB2 momentum going? Looks like you guys have a pretty decent amount of posts here.

I had it done in my tC, and then when tC got sold I moved the contraption to my girl's xA.

xD does not have knockouts on the dash at all - only on the console between the seats and it's too far out of sight for the remote to work reliably, so my opener is hooked to the rear view mirror stalk for now.

Btw, to make the install / removal easier for the "semi-hardwired install" I used 2 quick-connects for the button wires.
