What are people replacing the OEM pads for? and has anyone stepped up to a big brake kit?

There are the TRD brake pads, IIRC.  I'll probably step up to those when the time comes. 

I'd love to run the TRD BBK, but it's a bit out of my price range.  Plus, you have to run a larger than stock wheel with enough space for the BBK.

For cost effectiveness I'd get the front TRD brake pads.  If you've got the money get the BBk, its only the front that gets replaced but its a big difference in performance and looks.

I just did replace my stock pads (did not need to but they felt like chit),I used ceramic wagner thermoquiets .Nice pad man it stops real good now. I will be getting rotors next.

09 Scion Xb, hypnotic teal mica,Factory spoiler in rear, Modded stock air box with drop in K&N, silencer is gone.
Lowered with tanabedf210s. Pillar tape pulled,blacked out in front inset,custom touches inside. More to come but real subtle.
