would it matter if i got lowering springs first and then sway bars (front and back)?

or would it just save time and money to buy them together?

The Hotchkis kit is a really nice one but its going to be lower than the TRD setup.  I like Hotchkis a lot though and would get the whole kit.  Especially if your planning on getting all the components anyway why not save the extra bucks and get it all? You'll save a little bit by buying it as a kit and maybe save money on the install too by getting it all done at the same time.  Front sway bars can be a major undertaking, some people can get it done no problem but if you've never done it before you could be in for a treat.
