The TRD CAI will add noise, but only when you are on it.  If you drive like a sane person (Huh?) it shouldn't be too bad.

Same for the Fujita CAI the cabin noise is no greater except when under "moderate to hard" acceleration.  Once up to speed I can't sense any additional noise...keep in mind that the intake is lower, thus farther from the cabin than stock which, even with the increased air flow, nagates the noise.   The same can not be said for a "short" CAI system.

Ok thanks. At least it isn't a constant sound like an ehxaust upgrade... That's what bugs me yucky. So once you get up to 40 in the city or 60 - 70 on the highway it isn't really louder than stock? I have a feeling over the next several years I will be driving on the highway a lot, and don't want a long, noisy drive.
