19" wheels and gas mileage

Has anyone noticed a difference in MPG after swithing from stock to 19" wheels?

I went to 18" and haven't noticed any difference.

Went to 18" with 225/40-18 tires a month after i got my box. Didn't notice any gas mileage difference, but when I hook up the ol' windshield mounted GPS on average it says i'm traveling about 1 mph over what my speedometer reads...
